Products and prices

We sell extra virgin olive oil in cases and packs. All prices include VAT. Each price shows the price per litre. The mandatory information for each product is on its product card in the shop.

Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain only. Shipping costs (amount pending) are shown before payment. Delivery time: pending, e.g. 3 to 5 working days. For the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad, please email us.

Payment

By card through the secure Redsys gateway.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (Articles 102 ff. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Just tell us: using the withdrawal button and form, by email to info@virgenolivaespejo.com or by phone. We refund the amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days, using the same payment method. You then have another 14 days to send the products back; return costs are paid by: pending.

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (Art. 103(e)) to be confirmed.

Guarantee

If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, let us know and we will replace it or refund you.

Complaints

Official complaint forms of the Andalusian government are available, including online through Consumo Responde (consumoresponde.es). You can also write to info@virgenolivaespejo.com first and we will try to solve it directly. The Spanish version of these terms prevails.
